What are five things you can do to recognize Food Day?
1. Visit your local farmers market and pick up some locally grown produce!
2. If you’re at Sarasota Memorial Hospital, enjoy a lunch of a vegetarian Black Bean Chipotle Burger with a side salad in our cafeteria!
3. Hydrate healthfully! Replace sugary beverages with water and add a twist of lemon, lime, or orange.
4. Prepare a hot meal from scratch and make it a family affair!
