Hundreds of staff, family, friends and pets joined Sarasota Memorial’s Heart Walk team last weekend, raising funds and awareness to fight cardiac disease. The team photo was a sea of red, with 265 participants from SMHCS. The health system was the top fund-raiser among all large companies participating in the walk, contributing nearly $17,000.
