As seen in the photos, Sarasota Memorial’s Medical Arts building’s “facelift” project is moving forward.  Located on the corner of Arlington Street and Laurent Place, the first phase – exterior brick removal and resurfacing on the west and south side — is complete.  Resurfacing continues on the east and north side of the building.  A new courtyard, patient drop-off area, lobby expansion and landscaping are also in the works.
