Renovations and Relocations

Medical-Staff-Office-SmallImprovements continue on Sarasota Memorial’s main campus.  Medical Staff Services recently relocated from the first floor to a newly renovated space on the third floor of the East Tower – adjacent to the Physician Lounge.  As seen in the photo, the welcoming design, along with warm colors, finishes and surfaces, coordinate with those found in the new Courtyard Tower, creating a seamless transition from one area of the hospital to the next.

Bridge Work Complete!

Thursday evening the new pedestrian bridge connecting Sarasota Memorial’s Medical Arts Building to the South Garage arrived and was installed.  The three sections of the pre-fabricated bridge were transported along U.S. 41 with a police escort. Once on site, a large crane “hung” the bridge.
